Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These Terms govern website use only — actual freight services are governed by a separate written rate confirmation, broker–carrier agreement, bill of lading, or service agreement.
2. Website use
You agree to use this site only for lawful business purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, scrape data at scale, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
3. Inquiries are not contracts
A quote request, contact form submission, or capacity discussion does not create a binding contract. A binding engagement requires a signed rate confirmation, written agreement, or executed bill of lading.
4. Freight services
Freight movements arranged through Douglas Domain Transport are subject to applicable federal and state transportation regulations, our governing service or broker–carrier agreement, and the terms of the bill of lading. Standard cargo liability limits apply unless declared value and additional coverage are pre-arranged in writing.
5. Intellectual property
All site content — including text, logos, and design — is owned by Douglas Domain Transport or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute site content without written permission.
6. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information on the site is for general guidance; final service terms, pricing, and capacity are confirmed through dispatch.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Douglas Domain Transport is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of this website. Liability for freight services is governed by the applicable service agreement and bill of lading.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from website use shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
