What does your current fleet look like?
The current fleet is courier-configured trucks and SUVs supporting medical courier, document transport, small parcel delivery, and expedited transportation. Freight capacity — including 26' dock-height box trucks with 4,000 lb tuckaway liftgates — is coming soon.
- 03
Are you a licensed carrier?
Yes. Douglas Domain Transport is a fully USDOT and FMCSA licensed motor carrier, backed by $1,000,000 in auto liability coverage. COI and W-9 documentation are provided to clients and brokers on request.
- 04
Are your drivers HIPAA and Bloodborne Pathogens trained?
Yes. Personnel handling medical courier work are HIPAA-trained and Bloodborne Pathogens certified, with documented chain-of-custody procedures on every run.
- 05
Do you offer climate-controlled specimen transport?
Yes. Both climate-controlled and ambient specimen monitoring are available depending on the protocol your laboratory or clinic requires.
- 06
What are your operating hours?
Daily operations with 24/7 dispatch availability for scheduled routes, on-demand callouts, and after-hours runs. Operational inquiries are typically answered the same business day.
- 07
What do you transport?
Medical specimens, laboratory materials, medical supplies, documents and legal filings, small parcels, time-sensitive shipments, and recurring scheduled route loads for distributors, healthcare organizations, professional services, and commercial operations.
- 08
What are your typical response times?
Operational inquiries are answered the same business day. On-demand callouts during operating hours typically receive a capacity confirmation within two business hours.
- 09
How does onboarding work?
Four steps: submit a transportation profile, requirements review, capacity and route confirmation, and dispatch coordination. One conversation and a short profile is usually enough to be added to the rotation.
- 10
Will you eventually handle palletized freight and warehouse transfers?
Yes — freight and distribution capacity is coming soon. We're expanding to include palletized freight, warehouse transfers, distributor support, and regional freight transportation using 26' dock-height box trucks with 4,000 lb tuckaway liftgates.

What pre-trip safety checks do you run?
Daily DOT-style pre-trip inspections covering brakes, lights, tires, mirrors, and securement hardware. Issues are addressed before a route is dispatched — not en route.
